Mortlake Stage Brewery, London
Michael Grubb Studio have been appointed by Reselton Properties to provide a Lighting Masterplan and Detailed Designs for the prestigious 22-acre Mortlake Stage Brewery site, located in London Borough of Richmond-Upon-Thames, London.
Through regeneration, a new sustainable heart to the Mortlake community will be created.
The site is predominantly located along the edge of the River Thames with good connections to Chiswick Bridge and Mortlake Rail Station.
The development will replace existing factories and industrial buildings with mixed use development including: commercial retail frontage; office building; residential apartments; extra care facilities; a nursing home; new entertainment centres; retail areas; a school and health facilities. There will also be many active and open green public spaces.
The emerging Stag Brewery scheme draws on local context and key historic buildings.
