Celebrating Growth: Anna Freiesleben Becomes Senior Lighting Designer
We’re delighted to share that Anna Freiesleben has been promoted to Senior Lighting Designer. This promotion recognises not just her creative talent, but the thoughtfulness and leadership she brings to the studio’s work. From the beginning, Anna has approached lighting as more than technical execution — it’s a tool to shape experience, atmosphere and human connection.

Since joining as a Project Lighting Designer, Anna has played a central role across a broad spectrum of work, from heritage and public realm to hospitality and commercial projects. Her designs are always driven by intention, balancing creativity with clarity.
“One of the things I love most is the variety,” she says. “Every project asks a different question—and lighting is often part of the answer.”
Her ability to adapt to complex briefs while maintaining a strong design narrative has made her an invaluable part of the team — and a trusted voice in every project she touches.
