The West End Project: Double Win at Civic Trust Awards 2025

West End Project Wins Two Awards at the Civic Trust Awards 2025, Including Sustainability Honour

We’re proud to announce that The West End Project | London, UK has received two accolades at the Civic Trust Awards 2025, including the prestigious Special Award for Sustainability. This award is one of the programme’s highest honours, reserved for projects that go beyond design quality to demonstrate long-term social and environmental impact.

Now in its 65th year, the Civic Trust Awards are among the most respected recognitions in the built environment sector. Unlike design competitions focused solely on aesthetics, these awards celebrate architecture and public realm projects that actively improve the lives of local communities. Receiving an award signals that a project has not only met rigorous design standards but also delivered real, measurable benefit.

We were honoured to contribute bespoke lighting design across multiple sites within the West End Project — an ambitious public realm initiative led by Camden Council. The success of the project reflects the strength of collaboration, with thanks to our partners at London Borough of CamdenLDA DesignNorman Rourke Pryme | Certified B Corp™️Central District AllianceArcadisidverde UK, and DSDHA.

We’re also pleased to share that Phase II of the Photography Centre at the V&A received a Highly Commended award. Judges praised it as “a beautifully executed addition” that enhances access to a world-class cultural collection.

Both honours reflect our continued commitment to design that makes a difference.
